Abstract. Field experiments were conducted from 2022 to 2024 at the educational and production complex of the Kabardino-Balkarian State Agrarian University named after V. M. Kokov. The experiments were conducted on leached chernozem soil. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of foliar treatment of the Diana MV corn hybrid crop with the complex microfertilizers SunnyMix “Corn”, “POLYDON Bio Corn”, “Complex microfertilizer “Gin Lift”, “Nutrivant Plus Corn”, and “Teknokel Amino Zinc” on the elements of the crop structure and grain yield of corn in the foothill zone of Kabardino-Balkaria. This article discusses the results of a field study, where, under favorable conditions of the foothill zone of Kabardino-Balkaria, for the formation of high indicators of the productivity elements of the Diana MV corn hybrid. The experiment found that the complex microfertilizer together with the mineral fertilizers N60Р60К40 (Background) significantly increased the plant height and the height of attachment of the developed ear by 3.1–6.9% and 3.0–6.1%, respectively. Productivity factors (ear length, 1,000-kernel weight) increased with the use of complex micronutrient fertilizers in combination with mineral fertilizers (N60Р60К40), respectively, for ear length by 6.0–9.6 cm and 1,000-kernel weight by 30.1–49.5 g. The use of complex micronutrient fertilizers “POLYDON Bio Corn”, “Complex Micronutrient Fertilizer “Gin Lift”, and “Nutrivant Plus Corn” significantly increased grain yield, from 2.0 to 2.23 t/ha.
Keywords: corn hybrid, Diana MV, cob length, 1000-kernel weight, yield, complex watersoluble fertilizer, SunnyMix “Corn”, “POLYDON Bio Corn”, “Complex microfertilizer “Gin Lift”, “Nutrivant Plus Corn”, “Teknokel Amino Zinc”.
