Reflection of Adyghe National and Cultural Specificity
in Phraseological Emotives with Names of Natural Objects

Abstract. This article examines emotive phraseological units in the Kabardino-Circassian language, which include names of natural elements: zoonyms, phytonyms, and inanimate objects. Each group is described in detail, with examples of the studied phraseological units and illustrations from works of famous Kabardian and Circassian authors provided. The abundance and diversity of emotive set expressions with zoonyms is noted. Among them are comparative phraseological units and set expressions naming specific actions of animals characteristic of them. and acquiring a figurative meaning, phraseological units with indirect nomination, and there are also expressions with lexical concretization characteristic of the Kabardino-Circassian language. A limited number of phraseological emotives with phytonyms in the Kabardino-Circassian language has been noted. It has been established that among emotive phraseological units with objects of inanimate nature, the largest number of set expressions are formed by the words duney “world”, “life” and shchIy “earth”. It has been revealed that phraseological emotives with the word duney “world “life” may contain words with negative or positive emotional semantics, determining the meaning of the entire expression. It has been shown that the combination with somatisms enhances Expressiveness of the phraseological unit. It was noted that negative emotional semantics predominate to a greater or lesser extent in all the analyzed phraseological units. The main semantic classes of emotives are demonstrated in the aforementioned groups of set expressions (differently in each): emotional state, emotional impact, emotional attitude, external expression of emotions, emotional characterization, and emotional quality.
