Identification of the main risk factors among patients with coronary artery disease according to the results of clinical and epidemiological studies

The purpose of the study is to identify behavioral, major cardiovascular risk factors, assess the adequacy of their treatment, and determine the quality of life of patients in three republics of the North Caucasus Federal District (Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkaria and North Ossetia-Alania). Thus, the main priorities of secondary prevention are adequate correction of hypercholesterolemia and arterial hypertension. However, every fourth patient needs a combination of 3-4 risk factors, including hypercholesterolemia, arterial hypertension, and / or diabetes, and / or tobacco control, and / or alcohol enhancement.
